Quick Treatment
Cryopen is quick and painless procedure, offering patients access to legion removal which is often no longer offered on the NHS.
All moles need to be screened via our Map My Mole service before treatment can be considered.
Typically, healing takes between 2 – 6 weeks, depending on the length of freeze and location.
Most results are permanent however some legions are harder to remove than others and may require a follow up treatment.
Both hypopigmentation and hyperpigmentation may occur after cryosurgery. Both generally last a few months, but can be longer lasting. Permanent colour loss can occur in darker skinned patients
