What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive your first name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message.
When you book, your booking is made through Fresha, which handles that information under its own privacy policy.
If you come for a consultation or treatment, we keep clinical records about your care, as nursing and prescribing practice requires.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and provide your consultation and treatment, and look after you afterwards. We do not sell your information or use it for anything you would not expect.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Clinical records are kept for as long as professional guidance for healthcare records requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email or call us and we will help.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
